The growth and development of employee capabilities has always been the focus of the company. By clarifying employee skill standards and performing skills assessments based on standards, the company continues to promote employee growth and development with the company. At the beginning of December 2017, APOLLO's 2017 year-end star-level employee skills evaluation work organized by the company's human resources administration department was kicked off. 77 employees from the manufacturing headquarters and R&D center sample group participated in the star-level employee skill evaluation.
The star-level employee skill evaluation project includes four-star new test, one-star re-evaluation, two-star promotion, and two-star re-evaluation. The assessment subjects include theoretical examinations and practical assessments.
In order to reflect the difference and fairness of the assessment, the Ministry of Human Resources Administration and the Ministry of Production Technology have compiled four sets of theoretical questions for different evaluation projects; in the actual evaluation project, the Human Resources Administration Department, the Production Management Department and the Production Technology Department jointly conduct practical evaluations. And confirm with the evaluation staff for the actual evaluation results.
