In 2015, Apollo, in cooperation with the Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, invested in the construction of a brand-new primary school in Pingnan county, Guigang city, Guangxi province. Every year, Apollo continues to provide financial support for maintenance of the school, long-term improvements and growth of the school′s facilities, and support for the teachers and students. To help the company`s employees to alleviate difficulties caused by sudden changes and to show the warmth of the "Freudenberg Apollo" family, the company established the "Apollo Love Fund" platform in 2010, to raise funds and give the help and warmth of a big family to the Freudenberg Apollo people in need. Up to now, more than 10 Apollo employees have benefited.

In order to help employees grow and improve their skills, Freudenberg Apollo cooperated with the Shunde Vocational and Technical College to implement a project for vocational training at the workplace. During the period, the company paid the full tuition fee for the employees. Since 2012, this project has been successfully implemented 4 times and has trained more than 40 outstanding talents, most of which have become the backbone of all aspects of the company.
